STEP 1:
Download and install the PrimoPDF software to your Desktop.
STEP 2:Open your required file for conversion in your editing application (Word, Excel,PowerPoint).
STEP 3:Select the Print option from the editing application.
STEP 4:
Select the PrimoPDF option from the Printer drop down list, then press OK:

With the Screen radio button selected save the file to its required location then select the OK button. Depending on the size of your document it may take a few minutes for the settings window to appear.
