I am amazed at the number of sites that do not include any contact information, but still expect people to do business with them. On your contact page, display full contact information including name, address, phone number, etc.

• One efficient communication tool is a "Contact Us" form. Include fields that ask for your visitor's name, contact information, and their question or comment.
• Respond to your customers' e-mail promptly!
• Many Websites just use a 'mailto' link that allows their visitor to use their own e-mail program to send you a message. Contrary to the 'mail to' method, the contact form allows you to control the type of information you receive from your visitor.

Show that there is a real company running the Website. Providing full contact information builds trust.
